Where: Philippine & Vietnam.
When: Vietnam Landfall late Sunday early Monday.
Specific details:
Vietnam typhoon warning evacuates 600,000 peoples to shelters.

Who: Dubai's International Motor show. (Howard Johnson reports).
What: Bugatti produce 3 limited edition cars each 2.8milions dollars.  Range Rovers best seller in the UAE.
Where: Dubai.
When: 9 November 2013.
Specific details:
In the Gulf it’s not unusual to see a Porsche (highbrides), a Lamborghini (police Cars) or even a Bugatti because luxury cars are big business in the region also the vehicle should be unique.

Who:Tensions flare over government 'land grabs' in China(By Damian Grammaticas).
What: Governments need the farmers land to develop.
Where: South west / Qwan je village.
Why: Farmers don’t have the rights to own or sales the lands in china only use it.

Specific details:

Farmers issue not in the agenda of the governments meeting to discuses, as the governments own a lot from the developments of the lands in china.

Watch the video presentation and finish off the following sentences:

1.     This video presentation is on leading effective meeting.
2.    It is important to have an agenda that lists the item to covers.
3.    During the meeting:
a.     Let people know what the agenda points are.
b.    How much time will take?
c.    That there will be time on the schedule for questions.
4.    Someone should never leave a meeting and wonder what is was about and the purpose.
5.    They should know what their next step is.

Watch the video presentation and finish off the following sentences:

1.     Don’t have a meeting unless clear purpose.
a.    Set objectives – what’s the meeting for?
2.    Do you want decision, action or feedback?
What do you want to have achieved at end?
3.    Provide an agenda before the meeting.  People could be allocate topic to prepare beforehand to get them involved.
And prioritize the list of items to be done. Keep the agenda short and make sure that every item has a purpose.
4.    Set times for each topic and stick to them.  Close the Discussion when the time up.
5.    Start and end on time. Don’t wait around for people who are late. They assume that the meetings always start late. And don’t let the meeting drag on after finish time.
6.    Capture action points. Make sure that every ones clear has been discussed, that everyone is clear what needs to be done and who’s going to do it.

Circulate a summary after meeting. If there are no action points, then what was the purpose of the meeting?
Good & bad meeting note

Bad meeting:

1)      There is no time planning (depend on how we need Plus there is no time management).
2)      There were no agenda to discuss just the chair start to ask question to let the time plus.
3)      Everyone in the meeting complains allot and also they are in bad mode.
4)      There are no points to discuss.
5)      The big question why they have meeting simply it’s a routine to have normal meeting.
6)      There was no preparation for the meeting and the boss comes late.
Good meeting (but not the best)

1)      No one late
2)      They have agenda.
3)      They have minutes takers
4)      Everyone share information
5)      They don’t have summary.
6)      There was no time or location for the meeting.
7)    They don’t mention when the next meeting will take place.
